According to 14 CFR Part 107, what is required to operate a small UA within 30 minutes after official sunset?

Why →
Under 14 CFR § 107.29, sUAS may operate during civil twilight (30 minutes before official sunrise to 30 minutes after official sunset) and at night, but must be equipped with anti-collision lighting visible for at least 3 statute miles. No transponder is required, and there is no rural-area restriction for night operations.
The trap →
Transponders are for manned aircraft operating in certain airspace. They're not Part 107 requirements. Rural-area-only night operations is a fabricated rule. The anti-collision light is the only equipment requirement added for night/twilight ops.
